The Planning Application
If you accept our quotation, arrangements will be made for our surveyor to visit and take detailed measurements for full plans. A draught copy of the plans will be sent to you for your approval before sending to the relevant authorities.
During this period we will keep you informed on progress of the approvals, liaising on your behalf with architects, Building Control, Structural Engineers and Planning Authorities. When the approval has been granted we will contact you to discuss possible start dates.
